Corporate Governance
TMSC emphasizes management, operations, and practices based on fairness, adhering to strong ethical principles. We promote employee integrity in their work, mutual trust, social responsibility, and the creation of shared value within society. We conduct business within the framework of good corporate governance, ethics, and business conduct to achieve sustainable business growth while caring for stakeholders, society, and the environment. We have developed a “Code of Ethics and Business Conduct” document to ensure that all levels of employees are aware of and consistently adhere to these guidelines.
TMSC is committed to conducting business with transparency and fairness. Therefore, we have established practices to prevent and combat corruption in all forms, reducing the risk of corruption and promoting ethical business conduct. We have developed an “Anti-Bribery Policy” to discourage the acceptance and giving of gifts, which can be the starting point for corruption. This policy is communicated to all levels of employees for their awareness and compliance. We also have a process for whistleblowing and receiving complaints to ensure thorough investigation, corrective actions, and prevention of recurrence.
TMSC manages risks, including risk assessments according to international standards, and has developed risk management plans and risk management measures. We have also prepared a business continuity plan to prepare for critical events that may lead to business disruption. Additionally, we have created a “Company Data Management” document to prevent and protect against data leaks, unauthorized or unfair use of data, and risks related to information security and cyber threats.
