Each year, we organize training courses both internally and through external institutions, as well as providing opportunities for employees to participate in study visits to the headquarters abroad and to its affiliated companies. TMSC recognizes the paramount importance of safety, occupational health, and the working environment. Due to the nature of our operations, which involve the use of hazardous raw materials and chemicals, there is a potential for incidents that could lead to fatalities, injuries, illnesses, or property damage, and may even impact the quality of life and well-being of the community and stakeholders. We are committed to managing and controlling risks in all activities, including promoting workplace safety through safety activities and awareness campaigns that cultivate a safety-conscious mindset and build a culture of workplace safety among all levels of employees and relevant parties. To prevent and reduce incidents, we have appointed an Occupational Health and Safety Committee to oversee safety and ensure that employees comply with the company’s safety regulations. We have also implemented the Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard (ISO 45001).

TMSC places importance on community engagement and listening to feedback from surrounding areas, and continuously assesses and monitors environmental impacts. We maintain the surrounding environment to limit the impacts of our operations. We have established waste management procedures, including the control of pollution from our operations, and support projects or activities that create sustainable benefits for communities and society in areas to build a sustainable society. We emphasize collaboration with communities and society to ensure continuous and simultaneous development.
