Environmental

TMSC operates a specialty chemical business based on environmental responsibility, committed to mitigating the environmental impact of its activities. This includes establishing effective environmental management mechanisms by applying Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) standard.

Climate Change and Energy Management

TMSC began implementing the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) in 2024 and received certification from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) in 2025. Furthermore, we are committed to initiating the Carbon Footprint for Product (CFP) and have set a goal to register the Carbon Footprint of Product by 2026.

In addition, regarding energy, we have continuously implemented energy conservation every year, focusing on activities through employee participation in energy management and promoting sustainable energy use. We pays close attention to the use of renewable energy and alternative energy sources, especially solar energy. Therefore, solar panels have been installed on the roof of the production building to use solar energy to replace electricity, which can generate electricity from solar energy of no less than 1,117,564 kilowatt-hours per year (kWh/year), or approximately 25% of the total electricity consumption.

We remains committed to continuously developing a low-carbon business and becoming a fully integrated green industry.

Water Management

TMSC prioritizes efficient water management to ensure the optimal use of water resources in all processes, from the water treatment process to its utilization in production. We promote water consumption control activities in the production process and general water usage through the maintenance of water systems to ensure their operational efficiency, including water recycling and wastewater collection for treatment.

Performance Results:

  • Reduced external water usage by 9% compared to the base-year 2023
  • Water reuse ratio of 100%
Waste Management

TMSC focuses on coexisting with the community and society sustainably by creating and supporting environmentally friendly and socially responsible businesses. We promote organizational waste management practices by adopting the 3Rs (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) approach for all internal activities, serving as a best practice for managing waste generated from activities and production processes. Efforts are made to oversee the external waste disposal and increase waste reuse, leading to efficient resource utilization.

Performance Results:

  • Controlled industrial waste disposal reduction through landfill from 1% to 0.75%
Air Quality Management

TMSC adheres to air pollution management standards to prevent dust impact and other pollutants discharged from the factory. This is achieved by promoting and prioritizing the design, installation, and monitoring of pollution control equipment, utilizing clean technology to prevent and minimize environmental impact. This is further supported by maintaining machinery and equipment in optimal condition and conducting air quality monitoring in general atmospheric areas, including stack emissions.

Goals:

  • Zero complaints from surrounding communities
  • Zero instances of measurement exceeding legal standard limits
